They will only do credit card refunds ,so if you're going to buy someone a gift from this store make sure you get it EXACTLY RIGHT. Completely unreasonable gift exchange policy. Really, whoever heard of not giving a merchandise credit when the item being exchanged is brand new with the tags still attached and receipts in hand. Cold water Creek is just not worth the trouble.
