The workmen were wonderful, quiet and respectful of my home. They moved everything back, cleaned, and even helped me get the dust ruffles back under my mattresses. My one concern was my paint, just painted the week before. There are several spots I have to touch up and two places in my woodwork that were gouged. I will have to have them filled in and repainted. Luckily I have some touch up paint. All else went quickly-6 hours-and well. This is the third time I have used AJ Rose and I have recommended them to others.

Customer service was greatly lacking. If your “salesperson” wasn’t there that day no one could help you. Was told to call back. Spoke to 4 different people. Final installation was great however.
