  Complete shell game. These sales folks are not reliable and if you ask 2 of them, they will each give you different prices. Get this, Kirk tells me he is going to give me a deal on a ring and quotes me a higher price than what Karen gave the week before. It was all on accident, but this happened with a couple of questions we had. We lost confidence and will go elsewhere. These folks are shameful.

  I almost always prefer smaller businesses. Relationships tend to be more personal and genuine. Long's Burlington has been an exception. Every transaction I've had and every person I have dealt with, has been exceptional. Three watch purchases, two watches sent to the manufacturer for service where Long's took extra steps to look out for my interests, some jewelry purchases... All were excellent.
