  I was recently visiting Charlotte I walked into the local Lovesac store and spoke with Tyler who was visiting the store from the Burlington location. In our discussion I mentioned how I felt my Supersac wasn't quite as full as the one in the store. Tyler instantly spoke to the quality of the warranty and after giving me his business card asked that I email him so that he can process a warranty claim on my behalf for additional durafoam once he returned to his home store. Not only did Tyler go above and beyond in this situation, but he also showed why the Lovesac brand is worth the premium over imitation brands.
