The two stars are for the consistently poor service I receive at the Burlington store. The last 3 times I've been (to return something I bought online) I was ignored for several (7, I timed it) minutes. The last time I actually tried to buy something, the guy was rude and passive aggressive when I told him I was going to think about it. It's a shame, because I like the clothes and the great sales... I'll keep going to the website, but I'm done with this store.
