  This was my second time taking a pure barre class - the first class was years ago and I couldn't see myself making this the workout that I stayed consistent with. However after taking Kait's class last night I feel totally different! It was a great challenging workout that seemed to go by fast. Bonus points I didn't feel like absolute death when I left :) I will definitely take another class soon, thanks!

  Pure Barre is by far my most FAVORITE part of the day! I love going to class where the instructors encourage me to push myself past my limits and make me want to be stronger everyday. When I'm in class, the rest of the day doesn't matter and it's just me, my body and my shake! The Burlington location is fantastic because everyone is very open to teaching new clients and to helping even the most experienced customers improve their form. They are full of energy and make class fun (even when they make you get into a lunge!). Give it a try! It will be your most challenging and rewarding hour of the day!
