  Terrible Experience. I cannot believe West Elm corporate has not addressed the poor customer service at this store. As a customer, I felt ignored and neglected by the sales associates, Donna the designer, and ultimately the store manager who promised to fix the situation and call us or email us back....and NEVER did. I could go on, but I've invested enough of our time and money in this store. We will never be back.
